I was asked to paint a view of Ailsa Craig from Troon South beach after a storm. I wanted to create the luminous light at sunset against the dark clouds of the passing storm

HUSHINISH - ISLE OF HARRIS
This beautiful coastal scene was painted in acrylic on canvas. I love the colours of the sea against the beach and the beautiful flowers in the foreground - a copy of this is available in print format
VIEWS AROUND CASTLE DOUGLAS & KIPPFORD
This was a commission left to myself and my personal knowledge of views fromAround Kippford abs Castle Douglas in Dumfries and Galloway and was framed as a trio. I painted the views in watercolour and they are approx 4x6” each. The views are Threive Castle, Carlingwark Loch & Kippford Village
ELGIN BEACH
This commission was of Elgin Beach on the Moray Forth and was painted in acrylic on canvas 30 x 80cm. I couldn’t help but put my own stamp on this beautiful coastal landscape
MINIATURES FROM AROUND ACHILTIBUIE
This was a slightly unusual commission as it was a series of 9 miniature canvases fromAround Achiltiebuie and Assynt in North West Scotland. Painted in acrylics the scenes were all picked by the client of their favourite views abd was presented framed almost like a window
HALKADIKI, GREECE
This beautiful Grecian landscape was painted by myself as a gift for my best friend and is of the stunning coastal landscape of the Halkadiki peninsula in northern Greece. Painted on canvas approx size 40 x 80cm - this scene is available in print
SCARISTA - ISLE OF HARRIS
I loved painting this beautiful landscape of Scarista on the Isle of Harris, Scotland’s own island paradise. I just love the aquas and turquoise’s of the Atlantic- another available in print format Acrylic on canvas
SCREEL HILL STAG - JULY 2021
This beautiful stag was painted for the owner of our caravan site who loves stags. I set him against the beautiful backdrop of Screel hill, the view from the caravan site in a winter setting. It’s Acrylic on canvas and is 24 x 24”
